Term and Conditions:
Moneta Farm and Home Center is not liable for any damages incidental or coincidental for the operation of rental equipment from the store, Proper ID and rental fee is required as prepayment for all rental transactions. All rental equipment that is return late, (Late is Deemed as 1 hour past agreed upon return time is subject to additional charges. All equipment must be return in clean and same working condition as when rented, damages that are due to misuse, improper operation or vandalism will be the responsibility of the customer to repair or replace the equipment. Lost or stolen equipment replacement is the responsibility of the renter.
